FORMATH Editorial System

Focus and Scope

The FORMATH journal is an official journal of the FORMATH Research Society.  It is a peer-reviewed multi-disciplinary forestry journal dealing with all aspects related to "Forest Resources and Mathematical Modeling". The FORMATH journal has no charges for publishing (No APC Charge), which has been sustained by voluntary editorial teams and reviewers since 2002, while reducing publication costs by discontinuing the issuance of printed materials. The FORMATH journal is an international and Open Access journal publishing outstanding and informative papers in all fields of "Forest Resources and Mathematical Modeling". The FORMATH journal upholds the highest standards research and publishing ethics. Its aims are to publish original papers and to enhance communications amongst researchers, practitioners, policy makers, and specialists concerned with forest resource management. The FORMATH journal is currently published by one issue per year consisting of papers mostly presented at its annual meeting of the FORMATH Research Society, that are considered suitable for publication. Papers considered for publications are not limited to those presented at the annual meeting. All submitted papers must be previously unpublished, they should be well-written, and we encourage grace as well as clarity. The papers should also be written in a style that is understandable to broad readers including students, researchers, specialists, and policymakers working on forest resource management.
